Wealth Management Assistant

: Description/Job Summary Provides support to the incumbents manager as well as any other Wealth Management Advisors within the organization. Responsibilities/Duties 1. Aids officers with administrative responsibilities, such as answering phones, filing and preparation of documents. This duty is performed daily. 2. Assists in completion of new account related activities, such as account openings, preparation of account documents, CIP compliance, and various other activities. This duty is performed daily. 3. Helps manage relationships with customers on behalf of the manager and other advisors. This duty is performed daily. 4. Helps resolve issues and concerns of the customers with input from the manager and other advisors. This duty is performed daily. 5. Greets customers or visitors, provides assistance within delegated authority or refers them to appropriate staff members. This duty is performed daily. 6. Processes incoming mail. This duty is performed daily. 7. Report copier and/or maintenance issues to appropriate person; order and restock supplies; prepare and send outgoing FedEx deliveries. This duty is performed annually. 8. Will have sales authority limits for annuities. This duty is performed daily. 9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned Required Qualifications Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Insurance License for Annuity Sales within the first 6 months.
