Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, optimizing patient flow and efficiency. Present and explain financing options, handle billing, activate contracts, and manage payments. Coordinate with the insurance team for verification, claims, and notify patients of benefits. Follow up on missed appointments, delinquent fees, and insurance verification issues. Assist in treatment planning, documentation, and drafting referral letters and consents. Educate patients on oral surgery care, oral hygiene, and post-treatment instructions. Conduct new patient welcome calls and confirm new patient appointments. Use practice management software to maintain accurate records and treatment updates.
