Emergency Communications Call Taker
Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn)
The Anchorage Police Department is seeking a Police Call Taker/Dispatcher to support its Communications Center. You will handle emergency 911 and non-emergency calls, assess priority, and coordinate with responders while following established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include routing calls, obtaining essential information, and operating the CAD and other telecommunications equipment.
