ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an account associate for Trevor Pinkston State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Quote and acquire new business, primarily by working leads paid for by the agency. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A drive to win and outperform your peers This position is entry level, no prior experience is required. LICENSING: Only after initial job offer and acceptance is insurance licensing is required $1k sign on bonus once licensing is completed
