Project Executive

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational support to the Syria Implementation Manager across all project workstreams. Supervise field-level data collection processes, ensuring accurate and timely input into project systems (e.g., Kobo, case management records). Manage project deliverables and reporting timelines, preparing initial drafts of internal and external reports in line with EU FPI submission schedules. Maintain centralised, accurate, and up-to-date beneficiary and activity records across all activities. Support the organisation, coordination, and delivery of project meetings, including drafting and circulating minutes and action points. Support project finance administration at field level, including tracking budgets and resource utilisation in coordination with the Implementation Manager. Assist with the preparation of presentation and visibility materials for internal and external stakeholders, including the Joint Steering Committee. Set up and maintain project folders, filing systems, and documentation in line with IN2 governance standards. Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required by the Implementation Manager and wider programme team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, or a related field. 1-3 years' experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar operational role, ideally in an NGO or international development context. Fluent in Arabic, working level English desirable. Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting. Experience with project management and data collection tools (e.g., Kobo, Excel, MS Project).
