The Field Service Engineer will be a key team member in servicing and integrating machinery to achieve company and customer goals with efficiency and great customer satisfaction.The CNC Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:Overseeing project workflow to ensure optimal operationsLeading installation, testing, diagnosis, operations, programming, maintenance, and repair projectsPerforming in machine inspection to ensure conformance to design and function in customer plantsOptimizing productivity, quality, and waste reduction initiatives in the fieldTraining customers on machine tool productsCommunicating clearly and effectively with senior management on project statusesThe CNC Field Service Engineer will have the following experience:Electrical certification or electronic technology degree highly preferred, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience with CNC machining centers, CNC Routers, Edge banders, and Panel Saws, tools and manufacturing automation, instrumentation is requiredExperience with PLCs (NUM, KAVARA, GOULD, BOSCH, MAGELIS, HYDRA, AB, TPA, SCHNIRAM, B&R) and PC's (softlogic e.g. XILOG, ASPEN, PANELMAC, OTTIMO, G CODES, M CODES)Strong experience with electro-mechanical machinery commissioning and repairExperience troubleshooting hardware and softwareAbility to operate hand and power tools, as well as measurement and testing equipmentProven ability to provide a positive customer experienceProficiency with Genesis, AutoCAD, AlphaCamAbility to travel heavily for extended periods of time, paid OT (80%)The CNC Field Service Engineer will be rewarded with:$35-50/hour + OvertimeQuarterly bonus of $2,500 on average!Comprehensive benefits package at great ratesMedicalDentalVision401k with matchPaths for long-term career advancementOpportunity to make a major impact, you will be recognized for your success!Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipThis Company uses E-Verify to confirm identity and employment eligibility
