We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for our diverse clientele. This role offers an opportunity to utilize advanced massage techniques within a professional and patient-focused environment, contributing to clients' health and relaxation.

Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure safety
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing therapy options for pain management and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment 
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in compliance with occupational health standards
• Stay current with the latest massage therapy techniques, industry standards, and medical terminology

Skills

• Strong patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and customize treatments accordingly
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration
• Prior spa experience is preferred but not required;
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality
