Human Resource Director

Director Of Human ResourcesSparks Group has partnered with a growing healthcare organization who is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and develop its HR function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build HR processes, support organizational growth, advise senior leadership, and manage employee-related matters across a growing workforce. Ideal candidate would be someone who has built out an HR Dept, is comfortable being hands, not concerned about sharing the workload with their direct report and that no task is below them. This individual must have a service minded approach that creates an open-door policy for all staff. In this hybrid role you will be expected to be in the office a couple days a week.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and leadership team on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.Lead HR activities related to organizational growth, including onboarding and integration of newly acquired practices.Implement and optimize an HRIS and related HR processes, including payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.Develop and manage employee performance evaluation and development programs.Oversee compensation programs, including clinical/provider compensation and incentive structures.Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations as the organization expands into additional states.Handle complex employee relations matters and serve as an escalation point for sensitive personnel issues.Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.Oversee payroll and employee reimbursement processesProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and workplace matters.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Healthcare provider experience required; experience with a medical group, physician practice, MSO, DSO, or similar organization is preferred.Experience with M&A or organizational integration strongly preferred.Experience implementing or optimizing an HRIS;MSOffice and ADP Workforce Now experience is required.Strong knowledge of employment laws and multi-state HR compliance.Strong employee relations, performance management, and compensation experience.Advanced Excel skills, particularly for compensation analysis and reporting.SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred; CHHR is a plus.High-growth environment experience strongly preferred.Sparks Group is an equal opportunity employer.
