Sign-on Bonus – $15K with 1 year of experience!

Work Details:

Full-time

FTE: 1.0 – 40hrs. per week

Schedule: Evenings

Job Summary:

Under minimal supervision assists laboratory manager/supervisor/coordinator in overseeing and directing workflow within budgetary goals. Establish work priorities organizes and assigns work to obtain quality patient care outcomes. Performs complex routine and/or non-routine testing procedures and regularly checks validity and accuracy of test results.

Job Qualifications:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education): Required for consideration: Two years of related experience.

C. Licensure: Required for consideration: Florida Medical Technologist.

Paid Time Off:

· 23 days per year to start

· Accrues biweekly

· Increases after five years of service

· Available after a 90-day introductory period

Paid Sick Leave:

· 5 days in your first six months

· Up to 15 days annually from six months through four years
