Delivery Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $17.81 - $24.40 hourly, at or above minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance bonuses and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles to safely deliver parts and products to professional customers. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, secure keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies. Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slip. Communicate customer needs or issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance, accidents, or damage immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock vehicle at end of day; clock in/out per company policy. Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, stocking and merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in stock orders. May assist as cashier or merchandising tasks when business dictates. Skills, Education & Requirements Must hold a legally required state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point system. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Adapt quickly to changing delivery situations. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Bilingual candidates encouraged. Experience familiar with automotive parts and ability to operate light store equipment is desired. Benefits Competitive wages and paid time off.
