Technical Accounting Senior Manager
Genworth
Genworth is seeking a Technical Accounting Senior Manager to lead complex accounting and reporting for its insurance and financial services portfolio. You will oversee technical GAAP and statutory accounting assessments, support new product and transaction structuring, and ensure compliance with evolving insurance and financial reporting standards (including long-duration contracts). Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Risk, and external auditors to resolve complex issues, draft accounting position papers, and enhance internal controls. You will mentor a small team, drive process improvements, and provide executive-ready analyses that support Genworth’s long-term financial security mission.
