Quality Assurance Manager | Food Manufacturing | Southwestern Indiana


A growing food manufacturing operation in Southwestern Indiana is seeking a strong Quality Assurance Manager to lead food safety and quality initiatives within a fast-paced production environment.


This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on plant performance, compliance, customer expectations, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of QA leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat/RTE a plus
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, USDA & FDA standards
• Experience with audits, validations, inspections, and corrective actions
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced production environment
• SQF and HACCP certifications highly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities


This is NOT an entry-level QA role. We are seeking someone who understands how to lead quality systems, drive accountability, and partner closely with plant leadership.
