Job Overview Position: Technical Support Subject Matter Expert (remote) with a focus on solar energy. Location: Preferred in-person within Roseville, CA (remote possible). Responsibilities Follow up with customers via phone or email. Remain up-to-date on new issues and trends; review and escalate any findings. Provide technical support and subject matter expertise. Qualifications One year of solar industry experience preferred. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Exceptional listening skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
