AR Credit Analyst

Accounts Receivable Credit AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst to support a fast-paced finance team. This role will focus on managing customer accounts, resolving payment issues, monitoring credit risk, and helping maintain strong cash flow.Responsibilities:Manage assigned customer accounts and resolve past-due balancesResearch payment discrepancies, deductions, and short paymentsMonitor customer accounts and portals to proactively address issuesCommunicate with Sales and Customer Service regarding account statusManage credit holds and releases as appropriateProvide invoices, credit memos, and account statements when neededEscalate collection issues when necessaryAnalyze credit information and financial data to evaluate customer riskSupport department collection goals and performance metricsJob Requirements:Qualifications:3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections experienceExperience working in a high-volume accounting environmentStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsERP system experience; Oracle or similar system experience preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on account issuesAbout Grand Rapids, MI:Ready to embark on an exciting career journey in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan?
