Program Manager

Salary: USD45 - USD45 per hour An established financial services organization is seeking a Program Manager in Pensacola, Florida. This role supports executive leadership development programs through program coordination, documentation management, communications, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Hybrid (Pensacola, FL) Responsibilities: Provide operational, programmatic, and administrative support for executive leadership development programs and related priorities. Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities. Maintain and organize program documentation, trackers, playbooks, templates, and related materials. Prepare reports, summaries, participant communications, and presentation materials. Track tasks, deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items to support on-time execution. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, learning and development, leadership development, or business operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, and team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Desired Skills: Experience supporting executive leadership development, talent development, coaching, or learning programs. Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, program playbooks, trackers, templates, and communication materials. Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, learning sessions, or in-person program events.
