ACG Resources is representing one of Southern California's premier independent insurance brokerages in the search for an Employee Benefits Risk Advisor (Producer).
This award-winning independent brokerage continues to expand its Employee Benefits practice and is seeking an entrepreneurial producer who enjoys helping employers develop competitive benefits strategies while building long-term client relationships.
The organization provides exceptional operational support, an outstanding culture, and a consultative sales environment where producers can focus on growing their business and delivering value to clients.
Whether you're an experienced Benefits Producer with an established book of business or a successful consultant looking to continue building your practice, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected independent agency.
Position Summary
The Employee Benefits Risk Advisor is responsible for generating new business while serving as a trusted consultant to employers regarding employee benefits strategies and risk management solutions.
Working alongside internal service teams, this individual will build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and retain business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Employee Benefits business
- Build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, CFOs and executive decision makers
- Prospect through networking, referrals and Centers of Influence
- Conduct employee benefits reviews
- Present customized benefit strategies
- Cross-sell additional agency services
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with Client Managers during implementation and renewals
- Participate in community and professional organizations
- Achieve individual production goals
Qualifications
- Employee Benefits sales experience
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Proven success generating new business
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
