What You ll Do:
Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology care to adult patients (approx. 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology)Manage an average of 22 patients per day, including 2-3 new consultsUse EPIC EMR to document and coordinate patient careCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plansParticipate in clinic and hospital workflows as neededSupport ongoing patient follow-up and management
What You Need:
Medical license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain licensureBoard certification or eligibility in Hematology and OncologyRelevant clinical experience in adult hematology/oncologyStrong communication and team collaboration skills
