Schedule: 95% outpatient clinic, 5% inpatient hospital; approximately 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults; weekend and call coverage required

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology or Medical Oncology
• Completed Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
• Active Kentucky State License highly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with both outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology
• Proficiency in Intrathecal Chemotherapy administration required; Intracavitary Chemotherapy experience highly preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Self-Query NPDB report pulled within 30 days of submission
