Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $19,500 per month (equivalent to hourly benchmark)

What You ll Do

Provide expert Hematology and Oncology care for adult patients (100%)
Manage outpatient clinic with an average of 22 patients/day
Conduct 2-3 new patient consults daily
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR system
Support hospital inpatient consultations (5%) as needed
Educate patients on treatment options and ongoing care plans

What You Need
Required:

Medical license in Kentucky
Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency with EPIC EMR preferred

Preferred:

Prior outpatient and inpatient experience in a hospital setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
