Manage outpatient clinic appointments and, occasionally, hospital consults. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with multi-disciplinary teams. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient interactions accurately using EPIC EMR. Participate in rotating night call shifts as needed. Support and educate patients and families on treatment options and disease management.
