Overview Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Recruiter in Auburn Hills, MI. Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for direct hire placements across multiple industries, including skilled trades, engineering, and executive-level roles. This position requires a high level of recruiting expertise, relationship management, and consultative partnership with clients and hiring managers. You will play a key role in helping professionals secure long-term career opportunities while delivering top talent solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely placements. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records. Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding with candidates and clients. Provide outstanding customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Skill market top talent to generate new business opportunities. Meet and exceed weekly KPIs, placement targets, and revenue goals. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ATS systems is a plus.
