Welder/Fabricator

Welder/Fabricator PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking Fabricators for our client in Batavia, IL within a growing fabrication department. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term placement for reliable and motivated candidates. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery including saws, grinders, benders, and cutters Perform cut pipe and sheet metal fabrication Assist with sandblasting and deburring processes Complete MIG welding, brazing, and soldering tasks Handle light materials and components Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements Use power and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support multiple areas within the fabrication department as needed Requirements: Mechanically inclined with machine operator experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally Basic math skills and ability to read measurements/drawings Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills (helpful) Flexibility to learn and perform multiple tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Work With Us: Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Hands-on training and skill development Supportive team environment PROMAN Staffing USA
