- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience
- Understanding and exposure to capital excellence & infrastructure, process improvement, product development, procurement, manufacturing & supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
- Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors)
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80%

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $125,000 - $132,000 USD gross per year. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
