The position will be housed in the West Chester, OH area. In office as needed with much of your time out in the community developing and growing business. Incumbent will inherit a portfolio. Solid incentive plan, which is paid annually, with the possibility to earn up to six-figures in bonus. Develop new and expand existing client relationships proactively reviewing client’s current and changing financial needs, and cross-selling products and services. Primary territory is the 275 Loop. Grow and maintain a profitable book of business (commercial loans and deposits) to achieve individual and market goals. Needs to be a hunter and consistently follow-up with clients.
