Diabetes Care & Education Specialist Community Health Advocate

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Certified Diabetes Care Education Specialist (CDCES) in the Seattle area, based in White Center. The CDCES delivers comprehensive nutrition and diabetes education, integrates clinical care with self-management, and supports patients to achieve personalized goals.
The role requires a nutrition degree, accredited internship, and WA RD credential or eligibility, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
