Business Development Representative

Description BDRs are responsible for aggressively prospecting machinery opportunities by making high-volume outbound calls, identifying equipment for resale, and collecting as much initial information as possible before passing it promptly to the Acquisition team. This role is remote nationwide, with the exception of candidates based within commuting distance of our Modesto, CA offices, who will work a hybrid schedule of approximately 2-3 days per week in the office, with in-office days varying based on business needs, training, meetings, and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Make 100 outbound calls per day to potential equipment sellers Identify and submit 30 quality machines per month Collect specs, photos, and seller contact info - anything available Immediately forward all information to the Acquisition Manager, regardless of completeness Maintain clear CRM records of all contacts and machines sourced Support company strategy by following processes and pushing new opportunities daily Requirements Hustle & Urgency: Work at high speed and volume every day Take initiative to follow up rapidly Prioritize action over perfection, get what you can and move it forward Who You Are & Key Qualifications: You've built something from scratch, or you want to You're motivated by upside, not just a stable paycheck Strong phone communication and outbound sales skills Self-motivated and activity-driven Comfortable working in CRM and digital tools Knowledge of machinery or willingness to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr REVELATION MACHINERY HOLDINGS LLC
