A YC-backed AI startup is hiring Senior Software Engineers to help build AI-powered voice and communication systems for major financial institutions.
The role focuses heavily on backend infrastructure, real-time systems, telephony, and scalable AI agent workflows handling millions of live interactions.
What they’re looking for:
• 3–7 years engineering experience
• Strong backend / infrastructure background
• TypeScript + Python
• Hands-on builder mentality
• Experience shipping production systems at scale
• Strong ownership and startup mindset
Bonus:
• Voice AI / conversational AI
• FinServ or regulated industry experience
