Seeking a friendly outgoing Customer Service Professional for an established Electrical Contractor located in the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. You will work in a busy team atmosphere, answer calls from residential and commercial clients, book & schedule the call as well as dispatch technicians. We are looking for candidates that can have fun, make the customer happy and be focused to get the job done!

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency at the Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially: Outlook, Excel & Microsoft Word are required
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency desirable
- Associates degree is preferred
- Monday through Friday position
