About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Director of Storytelling and Audience Growth to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be a strategic marketer and communications expert, responsible for leading the development and implementation of a cohesive storytelling strategy that advances the mission and builds the Jewish service movement. This includes creating brand-building and audience development strategies, driving digital engagement, and ensuring the organization's voice resonates with various stakeholders. The role demands a leader who can move from vision to execution, energize teams, and is adept at applying audience segmentation strategies to deepen engagement with volunteers, donors, and partners. Applicants for the Senior Director position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, with a proven track record in digital engagement and storytelling.
