The Logistics Supervisor II for B Shift oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics coordination and inventory management. This role involves supervising a team of 11-20 employees, maintaining safety compliance, and driving quality control standards. The supervisor collaborates across departments and leverages Warehouse Management System (WMS) technology to optimize processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate B Shift logistics operations and staff activities
- Manage inventory accuracy and quality control measures
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet operational needs
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline logistics workflows
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track operations and generate reports
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity and service goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
