A DAY IN THE LIFE

Serve as a key support partner to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating day‑to‑day recruiting and scheduling activities. Manage interview scheduling for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and confirming logistics. Communicate interview details to candidates to ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience. Coordinate candidate travel and transportation arrangements when required. Update job posting language, interview templates, office details, and points‑of‑contact lists. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or HR operations Bachelor’s degree preferred Must be extremely organized and self‑motivated Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results Familiarity with ATS and HR application systems preferred Flexibility to work within a multi‑team environment and participate in department projects
