This role will focus on bringing campaigns and creative concepts to life across social, retail, digital, and product, while helping maintain a consistent and high-quality brand experience.You will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional partners to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented design work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone excited to grow their craft and gain exposure to a wide range of design applications.This role reports to our Senior Graphic Designer, and is based in San Francisco with in-office presence 2–3 days per week.What You'll DoExecute and organize design assets across channels, including social, email, website, paid media, and retailTranslate campaign concepts and direction into clear, on-brand deliverablesSupport the creation of product and packaging design files, as neededCreate in-store retail merchandising designs for primary and secondary placements, partnering closely with brand and retail sales teamsCreate and optimize visuals for DTC and retailer dotcom product pages in collaboration with brand and retail sales teamsAssist in preparing assets for photoshoots, launches, and campaign rolloutsMaintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpointsPartner with brand, digital, and product teams to support ongoing design needsManage multiple projects and timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryIncorporate feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detailWho You Are2–4 years of experience in a graphic design roleStrong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful execution across digital and/or brand designSolid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and compositionProficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Asana, and other design toolsExperience designing for digital channels (social, web, email, or paid media)Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsCollaborative and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and growComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting prioritiesInterest in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a plusWhat's in it for youCompetitive Salary (DOE)Performance-based bonusUnlimited flexible time-off policy$500 remote office set-up stipendFull healthcare, vision, and dental planHealthcare and dependent care FSAEmployee life insurance401K plan$10,000 Lifetime Fertility & Family Building Program$50/month wellness budget$75/month remote work budgetEmployee + Family and friends discountWhy cocokindAt cocokind, we do things differently, and we do them with heart.
