This position supports the creative team by producing high-quality design assets across print, digital, motion, and environmental applications.This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to learn, comfortable experimenting, and excited by emerging tools, especially AI-assisted design and video. You'll work under the guidance of senior designers and creative leadership while building real-world experience in large-scale, fast-paced event production.Essential Job FunctionsDesign Production & SupportSupport the design team in creating graphics for events, environments, signage, presentations, and branded experiencesExecute design tasks based on creative direction, templates, and established brand systemsPrepare clean, organized files for internal review and productionAssist with revisions, versioning, and asset management across multiple projectsAI-Driven DesignActively experiment with AI tools (Nano Banana, Freepik/Magnific) for ideation, visual exploration, and asset generationLearn how to write, refine, and apply prompts under the guidance of senior team membersAssist in generating concept visuals, mood boards, and exploratory assets using AI toolsStay curious about new AI workflows and contribute ideas for improving creative efficiencyProduction & Technical ExcellenceCollaborate with prepress, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs translate flawlessly into physical spaceDesign with real-world constraints in mind, including large-format printing, fabrication, materials, and installationParticipate in creative reviews, client presentations, and internal brainstormsCreate short-form motion graphics and video content for screens, presentations, and event environmentsAssist in editing video assets and adapting content for different formats and resolutionsSupport senior designers with motion-based design needs when requiredCollaboration & LearningWork closely with senior designers, art directors, and production teamsReceive feedback openly and apply revisions efficientlyLearn best practices for event design, large-format production, and real-world implementationQualificationsAt Minimum Training, Education & ExperienceMidjourneyNano Banana / GeminiChatGPTTier 2 – StrategicFreePIK AI (Also known as Magnific)Adobe FireflyRunway3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in events, experiential, environmental, or large-format designExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchyWorking knowledge of AI image-generation and design-assist toolsHungry to learn new AI programsDemonstrated ability to create and refine effective prompts for AI toolsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fieldStrong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typographyProficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlinesDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a teamWillingness to travel as needed for site visits and event executionStrong interest in AI-assisted creative tools and workflowsPreferred SkillsMotion graphics, video editing, or animation experienceFamiliarity with AI image or video generation toolsInterest in experiential, event, or environmental designStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn fast and adapt in a high-output environmentWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers reliable, on-time design executionActively learns from feedback and improves quicklyBrings curiosity and experimentation to AI and video workflowsSupports the team with clean files and thoughtful design decisionsGrows into increased responsibility over timeWorks well with leadership teams.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
