Staff Visual Designer Lead, YouTube Shorts and Creation

Establish visual strategies that reinforce user-centered mental models for new features, including visual branding/identity and motion design.Reimagine Shorts surfaces and experiences by leveraging and evolving YouTube’s design system in partnership with YouTube’s central design system team.Create designs within technical constraints and demonstrate the direction with prototypes.Provide direction to UX designers and develop visual design frameworks that can be leveraged by UX designers.Drive design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.
