Senior UX Designer, YouTube, Shorts Creation

Design, validate, and refine feature experiences for Shorts Creation Tools on YouTube.Work with user experience researchers (UXR) to understand and anticipate user trends and needs and iterate on design solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders across YouTube to contribute to product design principles and guidelines for creation experiences.Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using Figma and Google AI Studio to demonstrate complex AI-driven workflows.Design seamlessly across multiple surfaces and touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive user journey through cross-functional collaboration.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
