The General Machinist plays a critical role in producing precision parts by operating manual machining equipment and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. This position requires hands-on skills in machining and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual machining tasks to manufacture metal parts
- Conduct quality inspections to verify product conformance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in machining
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in precision measurement techniques
- Experience with manual machining processes
- Knowledge of safety procedures in machining environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities
