Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 10-14 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA only Fellowship: Required Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Dates Needed: July 1-4, 7-11, 15-18, 22-24, 29-31 August 1, 4-7, 13-15, 18, 28, 29 September 1-5, 10-12 October 8-10, 13-17, 20-24 November 3-7, 8, 10-14 December 8-12, 15-19, 22-25, 29-31 1 day a week split for hospital consult and clinic followed by 2-3 patient facing 8 hour shifts/week Must be able to read Ultrasounds No deliveries, surgeries, procedures Consultative High Risk Pregnancy Experienced Genetic Counselors and sonographers on site Age of patients teen-50 Beds in the Department 70 beds in NICU, birth center: 45 in-patient beds, 4 OBED beds, 3 OR suites, 1 neonatal stabilization room and a 4-bed newborn observation nursery What PEDs Level is the facility 3,2,1?
