SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a passionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in Walnut, CA. If you’re looking to grow, feel supported, and make an impact, this is the perfect place for you!
Position Highlights
- Rate of Pay: $38-$45 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
- Full-Time: 6.5 Hours Per Day / 5 Days Per Week

What YOU Need
- Active License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (State of California)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
- Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete Paradigm documentation and communicate effectively via email.

Requirements:Responsibilities
- Executing bilateral assisted activities
- Assisting in planning programs for activities
- Assisting with group activities
- Assisting with the applying any adaptive equipment
Required Skills: Skill in communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Active California license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
