Assemblers
- Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing products or components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay Rate & Schedule:
- $19.50/hour
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: Overtime as needed
- Must be available for weekends and additional overtime as required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or improvements to supervisors
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Reliable Transportation Required – Bus Line Route.
