Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placements, and other interventional procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications, including sedation and pain management drugs
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment
• Collaborate with cardiologists, technicians, and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state(s)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, ICU, or Cardiac Care
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
• Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac medications
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts
