Growing company in the plastics / building products industry with multiple manufacturing locations has an outstanding opportunity available for a Sales Account Manager.

About the Role

This position is responsible for increasing market penetration in the defined territory. The position will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all current customers in the region. This position will be selling directly to OEM customers. The position will also be involved in new business development. Frequent travel as much as 50% or more is required. This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience is required.
  • Must have at least 5 years of sales experience.

Required Skills

  • Experience in general construction practices is highly preferred.
  • Experience in building products, plastics extrusion, metal building products, or vinyl siding, decking etc.
  • Proficient with internet research and MS Office-Outlook, Word, and Excel.
