Client Relationship Manager

Location: Saint Joseph, MI Position Type: Full-time Salary Range: $50,000-$80,000 yearly (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday *No Weekends Landscape Sales /Client Relationship Manager Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscaping, sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Positive attitude with a professional demeanor Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Commitment to learning, growth, and team collaboration Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues in a respectful and professional manner Key Responsibilities Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships Conduct site visits to assess client needs and support consultation, design, and development of landscape installation, enhancement, and maintenance services Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates Coordinate effectively between clients, sales, design, and production teams to ensure a seamless project experience Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction, quality standards, and generate referrals Work Environment & Expectations Maintain a drug-free, tobacco-free, and alcohol-free workplace Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality workmanship and professionalism Express Employment is an Equal Opportunity Employer #SJ1642 Location/Region: Saint Joseph, MI #J-18808-Ljbffr
