Marketing Coordinator

Location: Norwalk, CT
Duration: 2-3 months
Responsibilities:
- Support webinar requests including managing day-of logistics for webcasts using ON24
- Interface with internal clients to develop and manage edits for assets
- Day-to-day project management
- Oversee project requests in Wrike
- Manage invoicing and budget tracking
- Maintain campaign calendars
- Pull analytics from different sources
- Manage project tracking spreadsheets
- Report on project status at weekly team call
- OFT development
- MPower lead management support
Requirements:
- Manage multiple tasks at once
- Well organized
- Excellent communicator
- High energy
- Well versed in MS Office suite
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Wrike (project management platform)
- Experience with MPower (CRM system)
- Knowledge of Power BI (analytics platform)
- Proficiency with ON24 (webinar platform)
- Understanding of Adobe AEM (OFT software)
