You can focus on delivering excellent care and leading the clinic, not chasing new patients or getting buried in administrative work. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Guaranteed first-year base salary: 120,000 USD Anticipated total annual compensation: 120,000 to 220,000 USD. Actual compensation above the guaranteed base salary varies based on clinic collections, schedule, and individual performance.
