Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Sonora, CA providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions and serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent. Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) of practice required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor required. Valid Driver's License and minimum age of 21 years required. Home health experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in interdisciplinary teams. Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift Name: Days.
