Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Director, Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will model and monitor overall financial performance, partner with leaders across the business, and deliver clear analysis and reporting to drive decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company budgeting model and financial forecasts.
• Partner with department heads to align budgets with business objectives and financial goals.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Define KPIs and implement metrics to track financial performance.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior executives and functional leaders.
• Implement and enhance FP&A systems and tools with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Foster a culture of high performance, learning, and professional development.
• Provide guidance and instruction to team members to support professional growth while following supervisory direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Supervisory and team management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and professional Spanish proficiency, oral and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools and reporting automation.
• Ability to define and operationalize KPI frameworks across functions.
