We are looking for Cafe Crew Leaders who:

- Proficient in all areas of daily cafe operations including preparing food and smoothies, operating the register, following cleaning checklists, and monitoring inventory levels
- Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
- Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are maintained
- Uses tools to monitor and achieve labor and inventory goals
- Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds to refill ice, restock shelves, and take out trash
- Follows all safety and security policies established by Tropical Smoothie Cafe

- Experience in providing excellent customer service

- Basic computer skills

- Clean environment: NO grease, NO fryers!
