Regional Multifamily Capital Projects Lead
GAINES INVESTMENT TRUST
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Regional Capital Projects Manager for multifamily properties across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. You will own capital planning, develop scopes, source and evaluate contractors, run competitive RFPs, negotiate terms, and oversee projects from mobilization to closeout. The role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with frequent regional travel.
