Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $31/hour
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys handling general liability and insurance defense litigation . This position will assist with case management, legal document preparation, research, document review, discovery, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate has previous paralegal or legal assistant experience within a litigation environment and is comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines.
Responsibilities- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and other case materials
- Maintain and organize case files and litigation documentation
- Assist attorneys with discovery and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and document review
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, attorneys, and other parties
- Track case deadlines, court dates, and required filings
- Assist with gathering and organizing records and supporting documentation
- Provide ongoing administrative and litigation support to attorneys
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience required
- Insurance defense, general liability, or civil litigation experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal document preparation and document review skills
- Experience supporting discovery and litigation processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL
