An established platform: Join a firm with more than 85 years of history and a strong reputation What You’ll Do Join a team of six billing professionals, reporting to the Assistant Controller and supporting approximately 15 attorneys. Manage billing from prebill edits through invoice submission, including time entry changes, transfers, write-downs, and write-offs. Handle electronic billing setups, submissions, accruals, rejections, appeals, and collections. Resolve billing discrepancies, rate issues, and client inquiries. Update billing rates and establish rate sets in Elite 3E. Prepare billing reports and help meet monthly and annual billing goals. Build strong working relationships with attorneys, legal support staff, and accounting leadership. Document billing communications in iManage. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of law firm billing experience , with deeper experience welcomed. Experience with Elite 3E and eBillingHub. Hands-on experience managing e-billing rejections, appeals, and collections. Confidence working directly with attorneys and maintaining strong relationships. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ray Thomas
